We use your information to provide, maintain, and improve the Service; process your designs and AI-powered operations; communicate with you about your account and updates; and ensure security and prevent abuse.
3. Image Processing & Storage
Images you upload are processed through third-party AI services (fal.ai) to provide layer decomposition and editing features. Your images are stored securely and are only accessible to you. We do not use your images to train AI models.
4. Cookies & Tracking
We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We may use analytics cookies to understand how the Service is used. You can control cookie preferences through your browser settings.
5. Third-Party Services
We use third-party services for authentication (Google, Apple OAuth), image processing (fal.ai), and infrastructure hosting. These services have their own privacy policies. We only share the minimum data necessary for these services to function.
6. Data Retention
We retain your account data and projects for as long as your account is active. When you delete a project, its data is permanently removed. When you delete your account, all associated data is removed within 30 days.

You have the right to access, update, or delete your personal data. You can export your projects at any time. You can request a copy of all data we hold about you. To exercise these rights, contact us or use the account settings page.
8. Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest. Access to user data is restricted to authorized personnel only.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
